  • What am I registering for?

    You are registering for the Official Luke Combs Bootleggers Wallet Pass!

  • What exactly is a Bootleggers Wallet Pass?

    A Bootleggers Wallet Pass is a digital pass registrants can add to their Apple Wallet or Google Pay depending on the device. If you qualify for select offers, they will be listed on your Wallet Pass prior to show day.

  • How can I become a Bootlegger?

    Sign up to be a Bootlegger here.

  • When is the latest I can sign up to be a Bootlegger and be eligible for these offers?

    You can sign up to be a Bootlegger by the Monday prior to your show date. If you sign up later, unfortunately you will not be eligible.

  • When will I receive my Wallet Pass?

    Registrants will receive their Wallet Pass within an hour after registration so be sure to check your Email.

    If you attempt to click the link in the email on a desktop or iPad, you will receive an error message.

  • How do I access my Wallet Pass?

    Once you've successfully downloaded the Wallet Pass after registering, the pass can be found in your phone's wallet app.

  • I already have a Wallet Pass from attending a previous tour date. Do I need to re-register?

    Yes, you must re-register to receive offers for the new date(s) you are attending. However, if you sign up with the same email address, your Wallet Pass will remain the same.

  • Who qualifies for offers on the Wallet Pass?

    Fans who are signed up for Luke Combs’ Official Fanclub, The Bootleggers, have registered for the show they’re attending AND added the Wallet Pass to their mobile device are qualified for select offers. If you are not yet a Bootlegger, you can sign up for free here.

  • What kind of offers will I qualify for?

    There will be surprise offers at each of Luke’s US Stadium tour stops. You will be notified beforehand if you qualify for these offers such as seat upgrades and more.

  • How will I receive my Wallet Pass offers?

    If eligible for an offer, you will receive an email with all pertinent information. iOS users can also receive Push Notifications directly from the wallet pass.

    iOS users can also receive Push Notifications. To set this up make sure to turn on "Automatic Updates" and "Allow Notifications" on the back of your pass. Also head to Settings → Notifications → Wallet and turn on "Allow Notifications" for offer notifications.

  • Is the Bootleggers Wallet Pass a ticket to the show?

    No, you still need your official ticket to enter the venue and attend the show.

  • If I’m attending multiple stops, do I have to register for each city?

    Yes! You will only receive one Wallet Pass but for us to send the correct offers, we need to know each city you’re going to attend.

  • Is the Bootleggers Wallet Pass available outside of the US?

    No, the Bootleggers Wallet Pass is only available for US tour dates.

  • Does everyone in my party need to register for a Mobile Wallet Pass?

    Some of the offers available through the Bootleggers Tour Wallet Pass will be for the pass holder only, so we highly recommend having everyone in your party sign up for their own pass.

  • What if I buy a ticket from someone else? Will I still receive my offers?

    If they have transferred the ticket to your account, you still have the possibility to receive surprise offers.
